The Pre-Visit
Once I get your request, I'll take a look at it myself and shoot you an email to welcome you to our salon. Oh, and I might have a few questions for you too. Don't worry, you won't miss the email - I'll send it over sometime the week of your appointment.
In the welcome letter, you'll find all the details about where we're located, how to park, what you should bring, and any other important info you might need before you come in.

The Consultation
Listen, we both know that seeing a new stylist is scary, so let me help ease your nerves. I'm a consultation master, blending specialist and not afraid to say, I'm a perfectionist. I will take my time navigating your first visit with me and all future appointments to ensure you get exactly what you need at each visit without keeping you in my chair longer then you need to be. I am an expert boymom and HGTV enthusiast, so don't be surprised if I bring you the latest issues of Good Housekeeping or HGTV magazine!
After Goodbye
Upon your presence at the salon, we would have had a conversation regarding the upkeep of your hairstyle and/or hair color. At this time, you have the option to either arrange another appointment at the salon or utilize the online booking platform to secure a time that suits your convenience.

Once the appointment has been confirmed, you will be provided with reminders regarding the appointment itself, as well as instructions on how to modify future appointments or cancel if necessary.
